Beach Pavilion It Oude Strandhuys (formerly IJsselmeerzicht) has been a beloved spot in Workum for years.
Established in 1952, it has been decorated over time in a unique and atmospheric style.
We always aim for a relaxed vibe, with hospitality as our top priority.
The menu is simple yet appealing, offering à la carte and Plate dishes — with children also in mind.
There is also a takeaway cafeteria next door offering snacks and soft ice cream. Our coffee, tea, and homemade cakes are definitely worth a try. After a good walk, our sunny terrace is the perfect place for lunch or drinks.
